Good but…
I have to admit that this app is very useful for me. I use it for supplementary training for my running and have completed my first 100-mile race. However, the app is really difficult to follow and do the exercises correctly. The 3D illustrations are not enough for me to understand how to do the difficult exercises and their benefits, but some exercises seem illogical and very difficult to perform.

This app is a miracle! It meets all of my requirements!
I have paid for several fitness apps, but finally stay with this Seven as my only one Personal Trainer! The best thing is its customization feature. I can change my set of workout, change the intervals, change the rest period, and much more! This has made me feel good everyday! It deserves 6 star rating if I could :) Thanks a lot, Seven Team!
