Пользуюсь более трех месяцев, подходит при интенсивном образе жизни - 8 минут в день позанимался и уже через пару недель чувствуешь и видишь прогресс. Хотелось бы короче марафоны, например для выработки привычки на 1-2 месяца.

We paid for the family membership however we couldn’t sign in from different devices, the membership worked for 1 device only
