This very simple app is efficient and keeps me exercising more frequently! You just press play and no more thinking, you’re just doing it !
Good to maintain fitness
This 7 mins app (basic free 7 mins workout without extra payment) is good to maintain fitness. However if you want to lose weight, that is not sufficient. I have been doing it religiously for 5 months every day and I have lost no weight. I even top with extra sit-ups at weekend (around 100 extra sit-ups) and use weight for some of the exercises. I am toning up but weight remains the same. So this is great as an addition to your already existing workout but not sufficient for weight loss. Ideally combine it with a diet but that was not my preferred route, personally.

Also, you could suggest some optional weights for some exercises?

Zeer eenvoud in gebruik. In een oogopslag begrijpbare oplossingen.
7 min zij voorbij voor je het weer, mr je hebt het wel gedaan en is je bent er mee op gang. Ik doe ze iedere ochtend, bij het opstaan. Soms is er zelfs tijd en zin om er 2de en 3de te doen.
