真的覺得app體驗很差,預訂了房源需要房東同意(但這沒關係),房東先說要簽約(這部分還可以理解就算了),我說沒問題之後又要求我加賴才能預定,我詢問加賴的理由也沒回答 過兩個小時房東才回覆我說已經被預定走了取消我的訂房 那讓我預訂的用意是什麼?房東要求一堆,簽約就算了還算合理,但加賴完全沒必要吧 問一下也不行,直接取消我的預訂,真的不想再用了完全沒有保障房客的資源

完全不建議使用airbnb,住的房源房東好不好完全聽天由命,當你被惡質房東要求賠償你甚至根本不知道在哪裡的設備的時候,住戶到底要如何提出不是住戶用壞的證明?airbnb的客服完全不會站在你這邊,尤其他們最終判定是住客需要賠償,他並不會跟你任何解釋,只會說他們的判定是公允的,毫無讓人信服的理由,當你一下訂房後,你會暴露在被房東無限求償的風險之下,勸各位在下訂之前最好先向神明保佑不要遇到惡質房東,不然只有任由房東開價賠錢的份 。 垃圾平台! Absolutely do not recommend using Airbnb! The platform completely sides with unethical landlords, leaving guests helpless against unreasonable claims with no way to prove their innocence. Airbnb’s customer service hastily rules in favor of landlords without any explanation. The moment you book, you’re exposed to the risk of endless demands from bad hosts. Terrible platform, never using it again!
迄今为止越来越烂的房东房客互动租屋的平台 ,海外马来西亚中文客服的恶劣沟通和消极怠惰,以及被专案经理滥用删除的个人信用评价,可以在3年后告知你,三年前你给某用户的负评已被我们删除,违反政策!?问他们哪里违反说不上出,中文海外客服、专案经理很霸道的为某人洗地权限太过份!很噁心🤢已经无法平等保障双方权益和责任以及得到尊重。 故选择离开Airbnb这么越趋腐败的旅行公寓平台
It was a good app but you really need to be careful with their translation chat issue. So me and my friends are almost lost in the middle of nowhere because of the translation issue that happened between my chat and my host chat. So basically my host already provided the correct addresses in the chatroom but because of the app technical issues, it translated to whole different addresses and make me and my friends got lost in the middle of nowhere.

1)房東隨意取消訂單 2)Airbnb盜刷我的住宿費用、重複刷兩次費用、退款速度太慢
一堆房東說不租給台灣國籍的人,不是說禁止種族歧視嗎
Airbnb support failed to enforce their own policy against a Host that clearly violated Airbnb basic ground rules of keeping the listing in a clean and working condition. Even after the Host admitted that the listing isn’t up to par and after all the evidence that I provided, airbnb support agreed on a refund and then decided not to honor their own words. I ended up paying 30 nights in a place that I only stayed for 7 nights. That’s thousands of dollars lost.I’ve been a 10 year loyal member I can say I am completely disappointed with Airbnb . To future travelers please think twice about using Airbnb.
沒有辦法多個裝置登入,email認證信也收不到,整個無法使用,用手機點選忘記密碼希望可以重新設定,結果email提供的連接還是跳回到app首頁,完全沒幫助,第一次遇到這麼多bug的app,希望能修正
線上支援的客服有夠差,都已經打電話詢問三次,意思還是聽不懂,只會教條式的回覆,這樣客服可以幹嘛? 顧客有問題,不就是需要才會電話詢問嗎?不然你覺得誰會這麼閒打電話給你們?!
