Absolutely useless service. Two bookings in a row, the first canceled after a few weeks, the second not confirmed. No certainty that you will be able to stay at the place you booked. Forced to look for a new place on Booking.com, which has already become more expensive, you buy plane tickets but are again looking for a place to stay. No guarantees and no compensation. But Airbnb services must be paid for in advance. Terrible service.
Worst experience
The service has deteriorated beyond recognition… the client is no longer protected from fraud when using Airbnb as an intermediary. Recently, I had a situation where the apartment owner did not send me and my boyfriend the code for the safe to check in. It was already late in the evening, and I tried to call him but couldn't reach him. I attempted to contact Airbnb support via chat and phone for a long time, but they did not respond either, so I had to find a hotel for the night. The next day, the owner added a file to Google Drive and claimed it had been there all along. As a result, the support team said that since I couldn't prove I didn't have the code (which is essentially impossible—how can you prove that I didn't have a code? and instructions are added to a third-party service where Airbnb can't view the edit history?), they can't do anything and won't refund the rental money. It can be concluded that Airbnb does not fulfill its primary function towards the client, which is ensuring safety so that the client is not deceived and left without money and accommodation.
I write this in disbelief that such a multi-billion dollar company could turn into such a low-quality service that also charges a significant commission for unclear reasons.

I’ve got message that my account will be deleted. Because “my account is closely associated with a person who isn’t allowed to use Airbnb”. 1) I don’t have any associated persons with my account. 2) I already had several reservations with positive feedbacks. 3) I have a paid reservation right now! Hey AIRBNB are you OK? Customer support - it’s just useless.

Не могу навіть спробувати
Не хоче приймати фото документів та вертфікувати, через це я не можу забронювати житло. Чи я маю купити професіональну камеру щоб здійснити бронювання ? До того ж, немає жодної згоди про збереження персональних даних. Так як я не могу скористатися сервісом через те що 10 раз система не сприймає МОЇ документи - 2 бали.
The owner took the money and changed the reservations . 800$ Stole it
I do not recommend this offer, money was withdrawn from the card and the owner changed the dates of booking, and when we arrived 1000 km away we were only informed. The owner took 800$ and did not return it.
App has issue with security
Be careful with adding card into this app.
I had a case when they charged me with no reason with note like “your family or friend paid using your card”.
No one has access to my card, so app does random payments. Do not add your card into their app.
It happened one time, but I am not sure if it can happen later again

Развод для доверчивых людей! Все кто пользовался данным сервисом , все просто в шоке , как такая багадельня вообще существует ?! Вам там в Европе мозг на место ставить надо ! Уберите этот «лохотрон» с украинского рынка!!!
3 раза снимала через этих дураков и всегда квартиры убитые , грязные и вонючие! За 50-100$ в сутки в военной Украине! Я считаю вас осудить надо! Ожидайте проверок и ухода с рынка !
Удобство поддержи ноль
Компания и так не несет никакой ответственности, но даже в реально проблемных случаях может послать. Все зависит от того на какого сотрудника наткнешься, мне попался русскоязычный с восточным акцентом. Быстро от меня отписался, сообщил что риск для безопасности и здоровья не является основанием для возврата средств. Хотя были все доказательства. Фото даже не были просмотрены. Запрос открыт, на него никто не отвечает, параллельный открыть нельзя. Ответа никакого нет куда звонить в таком случае. Четвертые сутки я не знаю что мне делать. Конечно вся на нервах. Человек с ограниченным бюджетом просто остался бы на улице. За что airbnb берет комиссию в пару сотен не ясно.
Ну и фильтр в приложении частенько слетает и предлагает дома до серфинга.
