We planned a vacation six months before the event. It was a New Year's celebration. The host cancelled the reservation a week before the event, explaining that he had a double booking for that date. I contacted support and received a refund. I also asked for the opportunity to write a review for this person since other people may end up at the same risk. In the end, support told me it was impossible to do this. All that remains for me in the end is to say to my friends about this bad experience and that I had this bad experience on your platform, and it does not protect people from this.

Я часто подорожую і весь час користувалась airbnb, але мій аккаунт заблокували через пару тижнів «через дивну транзакцію» а через місяць заблокували мого хлопця бо він змінив телефон І це часта проблема моїх знайомих які весь час користуються airbnb
Host abused airbnb process and didn't allow to check in after 10am, airbnb stood on side of host who kept 1500 eur without providing the service. left family with 2 years old without a place to stay for month. this company needs to die.

There is a prevalent issue of numerous rentals featuring inaccurate cost. After renting a flat, making the payment, and receiving confirmation from Airbnb, renters often encounter a situation where the owner notifies them of a pricing mistake and demands additional payment. Unfortunately, when lodging complaints with Airbnb support, there is a lack of assistance.
I've always used the app without any problems. Suddenly I had problems with booking a room. I wanted to write to support - but it didn't work out because the application said that it was impossible to do it. Then I wrote to the email - a day later I received a message from support, where I had to answer the questions. I answered at the same minute, but there has been no answer for more than 2 days from support. The application still does not allow you to book the desired accommodation. I give 1 point for terrible support from the site and unwillingness to help book a residential and solve the problem with the application. I'm very disappointed
Great service and app! Intuitive and enjoyable. But the automated translation feature is a nightmare honestly. The translation is so inaccurate that sometimes makes the conversation impossible and even may lead to conflicts. And the fact it is turned on by default makes it even more confusing, some users just don’t realise it is there, and thus don’t understand how to make their own translation.
