By far the worst app. Awful CS, in general the app breaks, the couriers barely speak the local language and are rude. I have had my food stolen and I have had the driver cancel the ride mid journey. They came to LTU market, pushed out all competitor, created a monopoly and now do what ever they want. Overall, if you have an option use any other app for food and delivery, just not Bolt
If you can - stay away from Bolt Drive. Within the same day amount in € for service is reserved in two parts. Next day, full fee is deducted by Bolt in place of 1st partially reserved sum, while the 2nd part of reserved amount is frozen by bank for the next 30 calendar days.
If i have done it, why I have to redo it. Bad user experience
honestly never stumbled to worse customer support than Bolt has:) They randomly fraudulently took 8 euros from a bank account for a trip that never happened - it was the glitching app, and said it was my fault. Bye never using this greedy app again!

Whenever faced with a serious issue regarding safety or behavior of the driver, the support team takes ages to answer and then offer A MEASLY apology or at best 1-3 € compensation IN BOLT CREDITS when the prices of the rides are ridiculously high. To add, the drivers can never seem to find the location that is pinged on the map, then argue with you that you are in the incorrect spot and so on. Just overall a horrible experience.
Customer support is trash af, they charged me double for the trip i have already paid, and the support is ignorant. UPDATE : THEY SENT AN EMAIL SAYING THAT I SHOULD CONTACT SUPPORT. BUT THE PROBLEM IS THAT I WAS TRYING TO REACH EM FOR 6 DAYS STRAIGHT
The worst service ever. Scheduled ride from a day before was cancelled just before the pickup because ‘all drivers are busy’?. This is insane. They had around 24h to find someone and they didn’t. The worst experience ever. Avoid.
